The Transtak T2116 is a heavy-duty roller designed for use in vineyards and orchards. With a rolling width of 1.50–2.15 m and a drum diameter of 1.5 m, it provides effective stone pressing & soil compaction for weed suppression and improved moisture retention around vines and trees.
The drum is built from 16–20 mm plate steel, giving an empty weight of around 1.8 tonnes and up to 5.5 tonnes when filled. A narrow side frame with integrated bearing mounts minimises overall width while maximising useful rolling width, making it well suited to tight vineyard rows.
Fitted with large, heavy-duty bearing blocks and strong gusseted drum ends & welded axle, the T2116 is built to handle years of demanding use with minimal maintenance. Mud scrapers keep the drum clear during operation, and an optional road wheel kit is available for easy movement between orchard or vineyard blocks

Drum ends and axle mounts are reinforced with 10 mm steel gusset plates, distributing load evenly and preventing flex or cracking under extreme pressure — built to handle serious farm work.
Fitted as standard, Transtak’s spring-loaded mud scrapers keep drums clean and rolling freely — reducing mud & sod build-up in wet conditions.
Our 100 mm high-tensile steel axles are engineered for strength and durability, ensuring the roller stays true even under maximum ballast weight.
