BIN-LOCK Bin Retention System

Flowing on from feedback from our customers, we have developed the Bin-Lock System for the TRANSTAK 1500L 3 BIN TRAILER to prevent any bin slippage when operating on steep slopes.

While the tried and proven Transtak Fork System allows a significant amount of fork tilt, sufficient to level the load on all but the steepest sloping terrain, the Transtak Bin Lock provides the ability to operate on the steepest slopes in horticulture and peace of mind for the tractor operator.

An adjustable bar system held in place by one pin per side for quick removal, proved to be the most effective way of accomplishing the brief. The angle of the bar when forks are lowered allows the bins to fit underneath, while as the forks are raised, it descends behind the rear bin and contains the load.
