Flowing on from feedback from our customers, we have developed the Bin-Loc System for the TRANSTAK 1500L 3 BIN TRAILER & 1500LE Bin Trailer to prevent any bin slippage when operating on steep slopes.

While the tried and proven Transtak Fork System allows a significant amount of fork tilt, sufficient to level the load on all but the steepest sloping terrain, the Transtak Bin-Loc provides the ability to operate on the steepest slopes in horticulture and peace of mind for the tractor operator.

An adjustable bar system held in place by one pin per side for quick removal proved to be simple & extremely effective on steep blocks. The angle of the bar when forks are lowered allows the bins to fit underneath, while as the forks are raised, it descends behind the rear bin and contains the load.

We have had great feedback from growers in Katikati & steep areas in Te Puke that this has transformed their ability to run fast, & not worry about empty bins moving or falling off.
