The T3016 provides a wider 3.0 m rolling width using twin 1.5 m drums, while keeping weight manageable at 8.5 tonnes full. Built with a 16 mm drum plate, it’s suited for smaller stones, from shingle up to cricket ball size, making it a versatile option for pasture and crop ground.
Like the rest of the range, the T3016 runs on a 100 mm high-tensile axle, with cast iron greased bearings and mud scrapers fitted as standard for durability and consistent performance.
At Transtak, every roller is designed and built right here in New Zealand, with Kiwi farmers in mind. We know the conditions, we know the challenges, and we build gear that’s simple, tough, and made to last on real Kiwi farms.
Every farm is different — from soil type and stone size to paddock conditions and the work you’re doing. If you’re unsure which roller specification or size will suit your ground best, get in touch with the Transtak team. We’ll match the right model to your farm so you get the weight, plate thickness, and rolling width that delivers the best results.
Every Transtak roller drum is triple-pass welded for unbeatable structural integrity and long life — no weak seams, no shortcuts, just proven strength that stands up to heavy rolling year after year.
Drum ends and axle mounts are reinforced with 10 mm steel gusset plates, distributing load evenly and preventing flex or cracking under extreme pressure — built to handle serious farm work.
Fitted as standard, Transtak’s spring-loaded mud scrapers keep drums clean and rolling freely — reducing mud & sod build-up in wet conditions.
Our 100 mm high-tensile steel axles are engineered for strength and durability, ensuring the roller stays true even under maximum ballast weight.
Proudly crafted for Kiwi farmers and conditions, Transtak rollers combine rugged design with practical features to deliver reliability, longevity, and performance across New Zealand’s toughest terrain.
