Transtak Engineering & Equipment have operated in the Motueka area for 30 years, manufacturing equipment for the Horticulture and Agriculture industries, alongside our fast-growing Transport Engineering division.

The Transtak Bin Trailer was developed to improve bin handling on orchards. Ten different models of this registered design of bin carrier are now available for local and export markets. Transtak manufacture a wide range of aluminium ladders for fruit picking, forestry pruning, industry and trade use.

Our Transport range includes Curtainside Trailers, Heavy Skeletal, and Tri-Box Container Units. We are rapidly expanding our range and offering in this sector.

Equipment for the agricultural sector includes Ag tip trailers, field rollers & feed troughs, all made to withstand the harsh treatment of New Zealand farming conditions.
